STRUCTURE

Building Bridges for Change (BB4C) is led by a team of competent and highly qualified professionals, comprising South Sudanese and international experts dedicated to fostering sustainable development. The organization’s Board of Directors, composed of visionary South Sudanese leaders, provides strategic oversight to ensure BB4C’s mission aligns with its goals of empowering marginalized women and youth. The Board works closely with the secretariat, which handles day-to-day operations, ensuring programs in education, healthcare, food security, peacebuilding, and livelihoods are effectively implemented to address the needs of South Sudan’s most vulnerable communities.

THE TEAM

The day-to-day operations of BB4C are led by the Senior Management Team (SMT), headed by the Executive Director (ED). The ED is supported by the Head of Programs and a dedicated team of program managers and support staff, including finance managers, procurement managers, gender advisors, and specialists. This team ensures the efficient and timely implementation of all BB4C’s programs and projects, driving the organization’s mission to empower women and youth and foster sustainable development in South Sudan.
